Find Your Perfect Fit

Getting the right size is essential for maximum support and comfort. Measure yourself with a soft tape measure directly against your body — not over clothing.

✅ Fit Tips

  • Between sizes? Size up. A slightly looser fit is more comfortable and still provides full support.
  • Snug, not tight. You should be able to breathe freely while wearing the brace.
  • Chest braces: Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level all the way around.
  • Waist/lumbar braces: Measure at the navel — the widest point of your midsection.
  • Neck braces: Measure around the base of your neck where it meets your shoulders.
  • First time wearing a brace? Start with 1–2 hours per day and gradually increase wear time.
