Size Guide
Finding the right size is the most important step to getting real results from your brace. A brace that is too small will be uncomfortable and restrict breathing. A brace that is too large will shift during movement and provide uneven support. Use the charts below before ordering. If you are between sizes, always size up.
How to Measure
For posture correctors and upper back braces: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.
For lumbar and full back braces: Measure around your waist at the navel level.
For knee braces and knee pads: Measure around the center of your knee with the leg slightly bent.
Use a soft measuring tape. If you do not have one, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.

Neck Braces
The Moderngaloore Soft Neck Brace and Adjustable Neck Brace are one-size-fits-most with fully adjustable hook-and-loop closures. Fits neck circumference 12" – 18" (30–46 cm).

Fit Tips
- Always size up if between sizes. A slightly larger brace can be tightened with adjustment straps. A brace that is too small cannot be loosened enough to be comfortable.
- The brace should feel snug, not tight. You should be able to slide two fingers under the strap and take a full deep breath without restriction.
- Straps should not dig in. If any strap digs into your skin after 15 minutes of wear, loosen it or check that the brace is positioned correctly.
