Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We fulfill orders through trusted supplier networks including DSers (AliExpress) and CJ Dropshipping. Depending on your location and product, your order may ship via carriers such as USPS, ePacket, YunExpress, or CJPacket. The most suitable carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your door.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high-volume periods, or weather conditions. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your ship date, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right — no questions asked.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at support@moderngaloore.com or call (929) 413-1493. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
