Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–12 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States. We are working on expanding to Canada and the United Kingdom — check back soon for updates.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
What carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, YunExpress, and other major US carriers depending on your location and product. All orders include tracking.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your ship date, contact us at support@moderngaloore.com and we will investigate immediately.

How do I know which size to order?
Visit our Size Guide for full measurement instructions and size charts for every product category. Measure your chest, waist, neck, or knee circumference and compare to the chart before ordering. When in doubt, size up.
How long should I wear my brace each day?
Start with 15–20 minutes per day and gradually increase as your body adjusts. Most customers notice improvement within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. See our How It Works page for the full progressive wear schedule.
Are your products suitable for all ages?
Our braces are designed for adults. Please consult a physician before use if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.
Can I wear a brace while sleeping?
No. Do not wear any brace while sleeping. Braces are designed for active, waking use. Remove before bed.
Will the brace be visible under my clothes?
Our slim posture correctors are designed to be worn discreetly under most clothing. Lumbar braces are generally worn over clothing or under loose tops. See individual product descriptions for guidance.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. To start a return, email support@moderngaloore.com with your order number and reason for return.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the credit.
What if my item arrived damaged or I received the wrong product?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@moderngaloore.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
