Size Guide
Find Your Perfect Fit
Getting the right size is essential for maximum support and comfort. Measure yourself with a soft tape measure directly against your body — not over clothing.
📏 Back & Posture Brace Sizing
Use your waist circumference as the primary measurement for all back braces, lumbar belts, and posture correctors.
| Size | Waist (inches) | Waist (cm) | Weight (lbs) |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 24" – 28" | 61 – 71 cm | 90 – 130 |
| M | 28" – 32" | 71 – 81 cm | 130 – 170 |
| L | 32" – 36" | 81 – 91 cm | 170 – 210 |
| XL | 36" – 40" | 91 – 102 cm | 210 – 250 |
| XXL | 40" – 44" | 102 – 112 cm | 250 – 290 |
| XXXL | 44" – 48" | 112 – 122 cm | 290 – 330 |
📏 Neck Brace Sizing
Use your neck circumference and neck height for all cervical and neck brace products.
| Size | Neck Circumference (inches) | Neck Circumference (cm) | Neck Height (inches) |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 12" – 14" | 30 – 36 cm | 3" – 3.5" |
| M | 14" – 16" | 36 – 41 cm | 3.5" – 4" |
| L | 16" – 18" | 41 – 46 cm | 4" – 4.5" |
| XL | 18" – 20" | 46 – 51 cm | 4.5" – 5" |
✅ Fit Tips
- Between sizes? Size up. A slightly looser fit is more comfortable and still provides full support.
- Snug, not tight. You should be able to breathe freely while wearing the brace.
- Back braces: Measure your waist at the narrowest point, typically just above the hips.
- Neck braces: Measure around the base of your neck where it meets your shoulders.
- First time wearing a brace? Start with 1–2 hours per day and gradually increase wear time.
